The traditional brewery in Interlaken builds on its more than 155-year history. Numerous beers and the well-known Swiss Mountain Single Malt Whisky are produced here. Also in the range are the Swiss Crystal gin trilogy and a selection of exquisite wines. On the tour you will go through all the production steps in the traditional brewery. During the following beer and whisky tasting, you can have an indiviual talk with our guest advisors.

The Walk-In Tours, which take place daily at 5 p.m. from Monday to Thursday during the summer months, are particularly popular: no reservation needed.
