People from the length and breadth of Styria come together to celebrate Aufsteirern at the centre of Graz. All squares, streets, alleyways and nooks and crannies are taken over by traditional Styrian folk culture. This festival does not just appeal to locals, but also to friends and fans of Styrian culture and ancient customs. Traditional yet modern, unique and charming – this is Aufsteirern.
